How applying works
No account. No wall.
- About three minutes on your phone. A few short questions, answered in your own words.
- Your CV is optional. PDF, Word or a photo of a printed one. No CV to hand? Where the employer has a WhatsApp number, you get a reference code to send it there later.
- Nobody is rejected automatically. The employer’s hiring team reads the applications and contacts the people they shortlist.
- Applying through Callout is always free. If a link asks you to pay to apply, it isn’t Callout.
- Your answers go to the employer you apply to, through Callout (run by Mirus), and to no one else. Applications are deleted 90 days after the job closes.
